30-day returns
Unopened, unused supplies can be returned within 30 days. Contact support before sending an item back so our team can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Buyers pay return shipping. If support confirms the return, follow the instructions provided so the order can be matched correctly.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 2–3 days after the returned item is received and approved. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
