This website is operated by InkPermanent. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to InkPermanent. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.
1. Use of our store
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal purpose. You agree not to send viruses, harmful code or spam through the site.
2. Professional products
Many of our products are made for trained permanent makeup, microblading and tattoo professionals. You are responsible for using them safely, following the manufacturer's instructions and following the laws and health rules where you work. We do not give medical advice.
3. Products and pricing
We try to show product colors, images and details as accurately as we can. Your screen may show colors a little differently. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.
If a product is listed at a wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel orders for that product. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or a reseller order. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
