Free shipping

US orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. The free option shows at checkout when your order is eligible.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

Shipping methods and rates

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. You will see every available option and its cost before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. The estimate for each method is shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please use an accurate email address and phone number so updates can reach you.

International orders

We ship to many countries outside the United States. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the order total. They are the responsibility of the buyer.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@inkpermanent.com with your order number. We will help you with the carrier and find a solution.
